What we store
Account details, your candidate profile, uploaded CVs and documents, campaign settings, application records and their event history, and usage counts for plan limits.
Job-site logins
If you choose to save a login for a job site, we use it only to apply on your behalf. Passwords are encrypted, are never shown again after you save them, and are deleted when you remove the login or your account.
How your CV is handled
CVs are kept in private storage and can only be downloaded from your signed-in account. Your original file is never modified. Generated versions are stored separately.
Retention
[Define retention periods before launch.] Application history is kept while your account is active and removed when you delete your data.
Your rights
